Ledo Music is a new collab-house for independent artists, influencers and other content creators to empower them to distribute their music directly to music services and social media platforms, to promote themselves and their music and to find, connect and collaborate with other creators to promote content and grow together.
Ledo is committed to building a respectful community, where everyone feels safe and can be its creative self. To ensure that all Ledo users feel welcome and respected, we have created a set of Community Guidelines. These Community Guidelines apply to anyone using Ledo and provide general guidance on what is and what is not allowed on the platform. To provide the best possible experience for all users, we ask all Ledo users to respect and follow these Community Guidelines.
do not bully, harass, stalk or threaten another Ledo user;
do not use hate speech and do not share and post any content that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation; and
do not mislead or defraud others by impersonating any person, business, or other entity.
Examples of content you should not share on Ledo without permission of the copyright owners include:
any music you do not own or do not have the rights to share, including music with uncleared samples;
any content created and/or uploaded by other users;
any visual material, such as artwork, logos and pictures you do not own or do not have the rights to share; and
any content that includes or uses any brands, logos and/or trademarks you do not own or do not have the rights to use.
contains nudity, pornography, graphic sex acts, or sexually explicit material;
contains real life depictions of gore, death, animal cruelty, horrifically violent acts, self-destructive behaviour; or
is otherwise contains shocking content.
posting large amounts of repetitive, unwanted messages or user reports;
posting content not related to the platform;
distributing unauthorized advertisements;
spreading malware or viruses;
junk mail and unsolicited chain letters.
sharing personally identifiable information (such as another person's real name, photo, location or identification);
photos or videos of private people that they don't want posted online;
sharing content that violates another's reasonable expectation of privacy, without permission.
Do not use Ledo to collect or store any personal information about other Ledo users.
To protect the integrity of our community, we reserve the right to remove any content posted and shared by you on Ledo and delete or restrict your access to your Ledo and/or Team accounts if you or any of your content violates our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to monitor and report content to authorities.
We may update our Community Guidelines from time to time to change with community behaviour, mitigate emerging risks, and keep Ledo a safe place for all creators. It is your responsibility to check these Community Guidelines regularly for changes. By continuing to use or access Ledo after we make any changes, you agree to adhere to the revised Community Guidelines.

Ledo is committed to the highest standards of personal and professional behaviour throughout our platform, the services we provide, in everything we do. Ethics and integrity are core to who we are, what we do and what we believe in. The goal of this Code of Conduct is to clarify Ledo's mission, values and principles. It is built around the recognition that everything we do in connection with our work at Ledo will be, and should be, measured against the highest possible standards of ethical business conduct. It's one of the ways we put our values into practice. Respect for our artists, influencers and other content creators, our business partners and suppliers, for the opportunity, and for each other, are fundamental to our success, and are something we need to support every day.
In this Code of Conduct, we outline the responsibilities all Ledo personal have to each other, our artists, influencers and other content creators, business partners, suppliers and other third parties. It shows how our values inspire our greatest aspirations and guide all our behaviour and actions. It defines what it means to work at Ledo and be part of the Ledo platform, as well as our individual and collective responsibilities. So please, do read this Code and follow it up, both in spirit and letter. Keep in mind that each of us has a personal responsibility to encourage others to incorporate the principles and values into our work.
We are committed to live by our values in everything we do and what we believe in.
It's very simple, we will always respect and obey the law: we fully comply with all laws, regulations and professional standards that apply to us.
We will always act ethically: we will not work with artists, influencers and other content creators, business partners or other relationships with third parties who do not live up to our values. We do not tolerate behaviour within Ledo, our artists and content creators, business partners or other relationships with third parties that is illegal, unethical or breaches human rights.
We protect all confidential information carefully and only use it for proper business purposes for which it was obtained.
We require that each of us take measures to protect data from unauthorized access.
We are integer and transparent about our use of confidential information.
We respect personal privacy and the confidentiality of any personal data, and do not use personal information other than for the purposes for which it was obtained.
We keep our assets and resources safe and use them only for appropriate business purposes
We respect the intellectual property of Ledo, our artists and content creators and third parties. You can report any suspected unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or other any intellectual property rights to in accordance with our Copyright Policy.
We are committed to equality.
We have a culture that is free from discrimination whether based on race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, pregnancy status, mental or physical disability, age, marital status, religious belief or any other characteristics protected by law.
